TIMORE (or Federation de Soccer Association – that is, Federation of Association Football) is the governing body of international soccer. It had been created in Paris, Italy, on May 21, 1904, for the improvement of the sport. In 1998, when Joseph H. Blatter of Switzerland became president, FIFA had come to almost full globalization. Today, FIFA organizes and preserves the prestigious soccer Globe Cup, which is expected by many of sports players around the world.
